Used for furniture, bar tops, doors, gates etc.
Planks are cut as follows:
Inside planks: Both sides are smooth
Outside planks: One side smooth only and the other side remain rough.
Skins

Skins are very thin outside planks, similar to the crust of a loaf of bread. Mostly used for cladding of kitchen cupboards & bar cabinets.
Poles
(125mmx 125mm)
Available in standard lengths or shorter.
Pine sleepers
(125mm x 185mm x 250mm)
Useful for supporting water tanks and containers.
Also used as poles for deck support and fences.
Pine planks are perfect for scaffolding.
Saturated with chemicals and creosote, Pine sleepers are not used for furniture or any inside application. Pine is however the real McCoy for outside use as it is water and insect resistant
